Shipping Rules
We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout
- We use Evri for our Economy Service this can take between 2 and 5 days. This service starts from £4.90. Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday which is a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
- We use DPD and DX for our premium/standard service which is a next working day delivery this service price starts from £7.95. This is collected from us Monday through to Friday, We cannot Guarantee it will be a next day as it is courier dependant
- We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95. This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
- We use APC for our Fish delivery service this service is £35. This is an overnight service. Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday. You also MUST be in to sign for the koi. Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
- Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped to speed up delivery
- We also ship from our suppliers this is to speed up delivery
- We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipe and live fish
- Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00. More than 1 Koi can fit in a box
- All our shipping companies do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.

Koi Crazy Book
This book was written between 2005 to 2008 and the information within is as up-to-date as is possible for the hobby of keeping Koi in 2009. The contents page of the book gives a brief outline of all topics covered and the 11 chapters listed below have been written to detail, in full, every aspect of each topic.
Peter Waddington has wrote this book in mind of ALL classes of Koi enthusiasts, ranging from absolute beginners right through to those who are very experienced.
Nishikigoi Manual of Diseases And Varieties
The Nishikigoi Manual of Diseases & Varieties contains a brief history of koi and details koi health, beautiful quality photographs, and concise information in both Japanese and English.
There is a detailed section on remedies, some of which are not contained in other koi health books.
The author, Mr. Kuroki was the long time president of the Japanese Koi hobbyist organization, the Zen Nippon Airinkai association. This text should be on every serious Koi hobbyist’s bookshelf.

This handbook, produced in 2008, is intended to be a very comprehensive guide to all Koi enthusiasts worldwide if they are considering visiting this area. For others, who do not intend to visit, it gives vital details of many famous and not-so-famous Nishikigoi breeders throughout this area which is the undisputed birthplace of Nishikigoi.
Nishikigoi Variety Book
There are more than 140 different varieties of Koi, and new varieties are being born all the time.
In order for many people around the world to enjoy Koi with peace of mind, we think it is important to have uniform names and standards for the varieties. Therefore, in Japan, the main terms related to Koi, as well as names and definitions of 21 varieties, were established as Japanese Agricultural Standards in February 2022.
In this booklet, in addition to the 21 JAS-established varieties, we have established names and definitions for 129 varieties and systematized each variety in an easy-to-understand manner.
With these unified standards we hope that Koi will be loved all over the world.
