Types of Iglele Hydraulic tube Fittings: Flare Fittings: Commonly used in low-pressure applications, these fittings have a cone-shaped flare surface to connect tubes. Compression Fittings: These fittings use compression to connect tubes, providing a strong, reliable seal. They’re used in moderate-pressure hydraulic systeMS. Bite-Type Fittings: They utilize sharp metal teeth to grip the tube, suitable for high-pressure applications. O-Ring Boss Fittings: These fittings feature an O-ring seal for leak-free connections, commonly used in medium to high-pressure hydraulic systeMS. JIC (Joint Industry Council) Fittings: Known for their 37-degree flare angle, they’re used in high-pressure hydraulic systeMS and provide a reliable seal. Applications and Uses: Heavy Machinery: Hydraulic systeMS in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and industrial machinery often utilize these fittings for power transmission and control. Aerospace: Hydraulic systeMS in aircraft and spacecraft employ these fittings due to their reliability and ability to withstand high pressure. Automotive: Brake systeMS and power steering systeMS in vehicles use Iglele Hydraulic tube fittings to transmit hydraulic fluid efficiently. Marine: Hydraulic systeMS in boats and ships use these fittings for steering mechanisMS, loading systeMS, and other applications. Pressure Considerations: Pressure ratings for Iglele Hydraulic tube fittings vary based on their type, size, material, and design. Different fittings are rated for different pressure ranges, and it’s crucial to ensure that the fittings used in a hydraulic system can handle the pressure generated within that system. Typically, hydraulic systeMS can operate at pressures ranging from hundreds to several thousand PSI, and fittings should be selected accordingly to match these pressure requirements. Consult manufacturer specifications, industry standards, or hydraulic system guidelines to ensure the fittings are suitable for the intended pressure range and application. Proper selection and installation of fittings are critical for the safety and efficiency of hydraulic systeMS.
